This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
• Utilize active listening, critical thinking, and probing abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring first call resolution.
• Respond to inbound phone inquiries promptly, accurately, and with professionalism.
• Provide tier one support for digital banking services.
• Assist customers with debit card-related inquiries.
• Process customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advocate for our virtual branch solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of customer information.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, specifically within an Inbound Call Center environment.
• Background in the financial services sector.
• Proficient computer skills with the capability to navigate systems for swift resolution.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, including verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in handling confidential information professionally, both internally and externally.
