This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
• Utilize active listening, critical thinking, and probing skills to identify and resolve customer inquiries, aiming for first call resolution.
• Advocate for our virtual branch solutions among customers.
• Achieve or surpass the quality and productivity objectives set by management for Customer Care Representatives.
• Maintain adherence to the South State Bank Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, specifically in an Inbound Call Center environment.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate systems for swift resolution.
• Possess outstanding customer service abilities, including verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of handling confidential information professionally, both internally and externally.
• Open to receiving coaching and constructive feedback.
• Must exhibit enthusiasm, high motivation, a strong work ethic, and a keen focus on achieving results.
