This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients by ensuring a seamless experience.
• Utilize active listening, critical thinking, and probing techniques to address and resolve customer inquiries on the first call.
• Respond to inbound phone inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally, providing a personalized and rewarding experience for customers.
• Successfully handle general inquiries regarding accounts, including balance inquiries, transaction histories, transfers, and loan inquiries.
• Offer tier one digital banking support, including unlocking or deleting Multi-Factor Authentication, unlocking customers’ Online Banking profiles, and assisting customers with self-service password tools.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries to foster confidence and trust.
• Safeguard customer information and help minimize bank losses by performing customer authentication on each call received.
• Leverage all available systems and resources to review and interpret customer information effectively.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
• Adhere to established processes and guidelines in all daily activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, specifically in an inbound call center setting.
• Background in financial services is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate systems for quick resolutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and a keen focus on results.
• Capability to handle confidential information professionally, both internally and externally.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying hours when necessary.
• Open to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated desire to meet or exceed goals and solve problems while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
