This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Play an essential role in supporting families and caregivers by handling incoming calls.
• Offer information, explore available options, and provide guidance on services that facilitate independent living at home, as well as short-term and long-term care alternatives.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver exceptional service to customers, effectively and efficiently addressing their needs.
• Proficient in PC Literacy: Proven experience with various computer systems and software, allowing for smooth navigation and operation across multiple platforms.
• Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Skill in managing inbound calls in a busy contact center while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Strong Multitasking Abilities: Capability to handle multiple tasks while actively listening to customers and promptly responding to their queries.
• Clear Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to convey information to customers clearly and effectively.
• Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge, staying informed about process changes.
• Meeting KPIs and Competencies: Ability to achieve output and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competencies, showing consistent performance and commitment to excellence.
• Must have a Windows 11 based PC & Monitor or a Windows 11 based Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent. (Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps).
• Anti-virus software must be installed and Windows Defender should be activated.
• Two standalone monitors are required (the laptop screen does not count).
• A reliable internet connection is essential - must be a hardwired NBN connection; no hotspotting or tethering is permitted. Starlink is not approved for use.
• A headset with a microphone is required.
• A smartphone with Android 14 or iOS 16 or above is necessary. Please note: Macbooks are not compatible with our system.
