This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Manage incoming calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Gradually take on more complex tasks as skills develop.
• Handle 60 to 80 calls daily, with increased volume on Mondays.
• Must currently live in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient typing and computer skills, with strong navigational abilities.
• High-speed Internet connection, such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber.
• A designated quiet area at home that is free from distractions.
