• Manage a range of tasks that will become progressively more complex as your skills develop.
• Receive inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Anticipate handling 60 to 80 calls daily, with increased volumes on Mondays.
• Must currently live in Idaho.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills with strong navigational abilities.
• High-speed Internet access, such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber, with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps.
• Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is not permitted.
• A quiet workspace at home, free from distractions, including caregiving responsibilities of any kind.
