This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Manage a range of responsibilities that will grow in complexity as the Customer Care Representative develops their skills.
• Respond to incoming calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Anticipate handling between 60 to 80 calls daily, with increased volumes expected on Mondays.
• Must currently live in Connecticut.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Basic typing and computer skills, combined with strong navigation abilities.
• Must have high-speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber, with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps.
• Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is not allowed.
