Customer Care Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Central communication hub: You facilitate the exchange of information between internal teams and customers to guarantee a cohesive and consistent customer experience.

• Relationship building & customer retention: You foster long-term customer relationships and nurture them through regular, personal interactions.

• Needs analysis & satisfaction: You assess individual customer requirements and ensure enduring satisfaction for both the organization and its personnel.

• Proactive customer communication: You keep customers consistently informed about new benefits, advancements, and opportunities for optimization.

• Portfolio development & implementation: You continually enhance the benefits offering and effectively implement innovative bonus models in practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a completed degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.

• You have a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• You exhibit a strong service and customer orientation complemented by empathy, assertiveness, and exceptional communication skills.

• You are capable of working independently, solution-oriented, and possess robust planning and coordination skills.

• You are proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
