This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee retailer accounts within your designated market
• Assist with the placement and management of orders
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Collaborate closely with your Territory Manager
• Handle warranty claims within your market
• Take responsibility for customer inquiries
• Work in conjunction with various departments throughout the organization
• Diligently record and maintain documentation of customer interactions
• Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional and friendly telephone demeanor
• Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Flexible and responsive to varying customer needs
• Background in customer care or customer service roles
• Interest in bicycle products or the cycling industry, or a willingness to learn
• Experience handling technical or maintenance-related inquiries in the cycling industry is a plus but not required
• A Cytech qualification or equivalent is preferred
