📋 Description

• Serve as the approachable and knowledgeable liaison for Portuguese-speaking merchants and business owners through chat, email, and phone communications.

• Take complete responsibility for customer inquiries from initial contact to resolution — ensuring follow-ups, closing the loop, and preventing any issues from being overlooked.

• Assist customers in understanding their accounts, navigating our products, and deriving genuine value from the platform — using clear and straightforward Portuguese.

• Act as the customer's advocate within the organization, collaborating with specialized teams such as Payments Operations or Account Verification to expedite the resolution of complex cases.

• Clarify technical or financial subjects, such as payment processes, fees, or account standing, in an easily understandable manner, free of jargon.

• Relay insights and feedback from customer interactions to the broader team to contribute to continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Portuguese along with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as in a call center, BPO, or support environment, which serves as a solid foundation.

• The capability to explain technical or financial concepts in simple, approachable language — making complex ideas feel straightforward.

• A calm and composed demeanor in busy or challenging situations, coupled with a genuine passion for assisting others.

• Comfort with digital tools and systems, along with a keen attention to detail.

• A keen interest in fintech, payments, or business technology — prior experience with payment systems or POS solutions is a significant advantage.

• Adaptability — myPOS operates at a rapid pace, and you view change as an opportunity rather than a disruption.
