• Take charge of cultivating and nurturing relationships with current customers, emphasizing upselling through effective deal management.
• Conduct account planning for designated accounts, collaborating with pre-sales and other departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Propel strategic add-on and renewal sales of Workday solutions within Major Account clients.
• Work collaboratively across Workday’s internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid management, marketing, technical, and sales support.
• Over 8 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales role.
• More than 8 years of experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to meet quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• At least 8 years of experience building relationships at the executive level within both current and new business units.
• Proven experience managing sales cycles of 18 months or longer from start to finish while maintaining customer relationships throughout.
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape by staying informed about trends and customer needs, enabling effective positioning of Workday solutions within accounts.
• Ability to swiftly establish trust with key stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with internal team members on account strategies for both short-term and long-term territory management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
