This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of cultivating and nurturing relationships with current customers, emphasizing upselling through effective deal management.
β’ Conduct account planning for designated accounts, collaborating with pre-sales and other departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
β’ Propel strategic add-on and renewal sales of Workday solutions within Major Account clients.
β’ Work collaboratively across Workdayβs internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid management, marketing, technical, and sales support.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales role.
β’ More than 8 years of experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to meet quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
β’ At least 8 years of experience building relationships at the executive level within both current and new business units.
β’ Proven experience managing sales cycles of 18 months or longer from start to finish while maintaining customer relationships throughout.
β’ Deep understanding of the competitive landscape by staying informed about trends and customer needs, enabling effective positioning of Workday solutions within accounts.
β’ Ability to swiftly establish trust with key stakeholders.
β’ Experience collaborating with internal team members on account strategies for both short-term and long-term territory management.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
