• Retaining and expanding the current customer base within your designated territory.
• You will take on the role of Account lead for a specified set of Accounts across the EMEA region.
• You will hold full responsibility and accountability for all commercial activities and account management matters related to Kainos Workday Product with these customers.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team targets (both revenue and activity) while striving to generate a qualified pipeline.
• Engaging in Account Planning alongside Account Managers and Directors for prospecting and opportunity qualification activities - Working autonomously to identify and generate opportunities from initial Discovery to Qualification.
• Gaining an understanding of buyer persona challenges in relation to Workday, actively listening, building trust, articulating their challenges, and suggesting potential solutions.
• Collaborating with the Customer Base Marketing Manager, Account Managers, Directors, and VP to support the development and execution of demand generation strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of closing deals in a Sales Executive or Account Management capacity.
• Expertise in value-based consultative selling and closing techniques.
• Proven experience in quota achievement, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
• Background in selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO (HR/HRIT and Finance Leaders).
• At least a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Arts, Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent extensive professional sales experience beyond what is stated above.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems (such as SFDC, HubSpot, etc.).
• Workday certification or experience selling to Workday customers or in HRIS and Finance is preferred.
• Experience in creating Account Plans, identifying product whitespace, defining wallet share, and utilizing tech tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Background in inside sales, sales development, or account management.
