This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
β’ Support customers with questions related to products, order statuses, and account management.
β’ Maintain an extensive understanding of products to assist customers effectively.
β’ Record customer interactions, feedback, and concerns within the CRM system.
β’ Work collaboratively with the support team and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
β’ Offer insights and recommendations to enhance customer experiences and optimize processes.
β’ Assist with various administrative duties as required, such as data entry and reporting.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a customer service position, ideally in a virtual or remote environment.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
β’ Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools is advantageous.
β’ Capability to effectively manage time and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
