This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee the daily operations of the global customer advocacy program, encompassing strategy, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with product business line leaders to define overarching themes and focus areas for customer stories.
• Work alongside sales, customer success managers, and regional marketing to identify strong candidates for advocacy initiatives.
• Conduct interviews with customers and partner with product marketing to convert customer stories into case studies, videos, web content, and social media assets.
• Ensure that customer narratives are in line with key messaging, cybersecurity solutions, and priority industry use cases.
• Secure customer involvement in significant Thales initiatives, including analyst reports, product audit interviews, and SKO customer panels.
• Develop processes to monitor advocacy activities, evaluate their impact, and enhance participation (e.g., reference database, SFDC tool, etc.).
• Generate quarterly advocacy reports and disseminate them to sales, marketing, regional marketing, product marketing, and customer success leadership.
• Create additional customer-facing materials, such as nurture streams, ROI/business impact reports, and benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs, with a preference for cybersecurity experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively transform customer stories into impactful marketing assets.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships and collaborate across various internal stakeholders (product marketing, sales, customer success, regional marketing) and customers.
• Highly motivated individual capable of multitasking and operating with a sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in prioritizing assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Allego, and reference tracking tools.
