This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide customer service in French through phone (both inbound and outbound), email, or chat.
• Proficiency in English may be necessary depending on the workplace requirements.
• Strive for customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.
• Address customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with fellow customer service experts to resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain and update internal systems as required.
• Specific responsibilities will be outlined based on the chosen work position.
• C1 level proficiency in French and a minimum of B2 in English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer support, whether online or in-person, is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A resourceful, stress-resistant individual who can adapt and remain composed in all situations.
• Possession of a passport/ID from a European country or a work permit in Greece.
