Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers who speak Swedish.

• Accurately and efficiently resolve issues related to products or services.

• Manage orders, forms, applications, and various requests.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

• Evaluate customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or near-native speaker of Swedish.

• Proficient in English at a B2-C1 level.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to listen actively.

• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Possess a customer-centric approach with keen attention to detail.

• EU Passport is required.

• Must be willing to relocate to Greece.
