Customer Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at attracting new clients and broadening the company's customer base.

• Enhance client relationships through proactive engagement initiatives.

• Identify and connect with potential customers using digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach methods.

• Initiate proactive contact with prospective clients via emails, phone calls, social platforms, and various communication channels.

• Assess and enhance the customer journey from initial awareness to final conversion.

• Track and analyze customer acquisition and outreach KPIs, providing regular reports and insights.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that acquisition strategies align with business goals and maintain consistent messaging.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

• Investigate industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to discover growth opportunities.

• Manage acquisition budgets and strategically allocate resources to meet established targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing positions.

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and various marketing tools.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
