Customer Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominica.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach.

• Perform proactive outreach to prospective clients via email, phone calls, social platforms, and additional communication methods.

• Analyze and enhance the customer journey from initial awareness to final conversion.

• Monitor and assess customer acquisition and outreach key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering regular reports and insights.

• Collaborate with both marketing and sales teams to synchronize acquisition strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients while fostering long-term relationships.

• Research industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Manage acquisition budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing positions.

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition.

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Self-motivated and oriented towards achieving results.
