This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Barbados.

• Create and implement strategies designed to attract new clients and broaden the company's customer base.

• Enhance client relationships through proactive engagement.

• Identify and connect with potential customers using digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach.

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone, social media platforms, and other communication methods.

• Provide regular updates and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of acquisition strategies and messaging.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

• Manage customer acquisition budgets and strategically allocate resources.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing positions.

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition.

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
