This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop and nurture productive relationships with physicians, administrators, C-suite stakeholders, pharmacists, nurses, and other clinic personnel.
• Identify and showcase McKesson services that assist clinics in making informed decisions, quantifying financial impacts where applicable.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with clinics to discuss purchasing trends and GPO optimization.
• Retain customers by negotiating distribution agreements with McKesson and aggregate partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for McKesson Provider specialty for each aggregate customer within the territory.
• Collaborate with Onmark GPO, Clinical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, Medically Integrated Dispensing, Advisory Services, Finance, Pricing, and Operations.
• Organize internal and external meetings with subject matter experts across McKesson Specialty support businesses.
• Provide continuous sales and account support for a designated customer group to achieve annual Gross Profit and Revenue targets.
• Promote additional products and services to current eligible customers.
• Degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 2+ years in a relevant field.
• A 4-year degree is required, preferably with a focus on sales and marketing, business management, or a healthcare-related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate with various teams to achieve resolutions and positive outcomes.
• Organized, accountable, assertive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and resource management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in influential communication, active listening, and tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, and/or sales support in a professional environment is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel extensively overnight to customers within a designated book of business—30% by car and plane.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, active, and unrestricted driving record/MVR.
