This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a growing portfolio of clients independently.
• Hold direct accountability for clients and their properties, including damage and claims management—coordinating contractor engagement; tenant management—recording and addressing inquiries; re-letting; and processing requests from property owners.
• Cultivate specialized expertise in property management.
• Adhere to company systems and accurately document processes.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Proficient in German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with confident and routine internet usage.
• Preferably possess experience in telephone customer service and/or the real estate sector.
• Career changers are encouraged to apply; a completed vocational qualification or university degree is necessary in such cases.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a strong sense of commitment.
• Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
