Customer Account Manager, Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Maintain business client relationships by enhancing and expanding accounts through solution-oriented selling and account management conducted over the phone.

• Conduct outbound calls to clients to meet sales quota objectives.

• Generate sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as necessary.

• Develop proposals for clients concerning the suggested solutions and new sales prospects.

• Build and nurture customer relationships through consistent communication via telephone.
