This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on account growth and long-term success.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement mutually beneficial negotiation tactics that enhance contract value while nurturing trustworthy relationships.
• Identify and map key stakeholders, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria within designated accounts.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of TeamDynamix’s products and licensing frameworks, ensuring confident navigation during commercial discussions.
• Actively engage with clients to uncover needs related to consulting, implementation, and professional services.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers to facilitate discovery discussions, position solutions, and provide product demonstrations for growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.
• Ensure precise pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and maintain CRM integrity.
• An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales, with a focus on account management or expansion.
• Highly preferred: Experience in ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or similar workflow technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving expansion sales within existing enterprise accounts, especially in public sector organizations.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for managing pipeline, revenue forecasting, and tracking customer interactions.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, and skills in handling objections.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate across sales, solutions, and services teams.
• Willingness to travel multiple times a year.
