This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize a pipeline of expansion prospects within existing SMB & MM clients.
• Collaborate with SMB & MM Customer Success Managers to pinpoint whitespace and growth potential.
• Engage with the current customer base through outbound initiatives and internal referrals.
• Market Muck Rack’s full range of products (Media Intelligence, Press Release, Social Listening, Gen Pulse, etc.).
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for expansion bookings.
• Manage account and territory planning in collaboration with your CSM pod.
• Facilitate the creation, conversion, and progression of deals related to expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesion between sales and customer success teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management roles, specifically with SMB and Mid-Market companies.
• Demonstrated success in owning revenue targets and finalizing sales.
• Experience in managing pipelines and forecasting revenue effectively.
• Strong skills in prospecting and outbound sales.
• Preferred experience in selling to existing customer accounts.
• Required experience in selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions for Enterprise roles.
• Background in SaaS, MarTech, or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
