This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Collaborates closely within a custom sourcing framework to establish a catalog of tailored options.
• Develops and adheres to the custom order process, including communication before and after sales.
• Partners with our retail brand associates to identify off-catalog offerings.
• Formulates pricing structures and sets minimum order requirements.
• Serves as a point of escalation between customers and factories to ensure adherence to shipping dates, pricing, and project requirements.
• Engages with Field Sales and other customer-facing teams to communicate Beyond capabilities, trending products, procedures, quote statuses, and more.
• Focuses on continuous improvement for problematic orders through root cause analysis and other methods.
• Provides weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and productivity.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or International Business is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in a mix of managerial positions along with overseas logistics and sales roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• Experience in B2B sales and/or international business is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with data and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide prompt, thorough follow-up.
