Curriculum & Instruction Associate – Generation Colombia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist our instructors and learners in achieving success

• Supervise the daily execution of programs

• Handle a portfolio of cohorts

• Track class attendance

• Work alongside program teams to ensure prompt support

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in leading and managing education-related programs

• Proficient in Spanish, with advanced written and spoken English skills

• Familiarity with using a Learner Management System (LMS)

• Excellent communication abilities

• Professional demeanor, along with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
