• Oversee the management of customer software inventory and network licensing details.
• Facilitate training sessions in support of DIILS.
• Offer legal subject matter expertise along with pedagogical knowledge in curriculum and instructional design tailored for adult learners.
• Initiate curriculum development as part of the team.
• Deliver a weekly status update via email regarding the progress of curriculum development.
• Draft a written After Action Report (AAR).
• Engage in a final review of the work product out brief.
• Acquaint oneself with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by government leads.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 13 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 19 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of International Human Rights Law, Law of Armed Conflict, and Rule of Law topics.
• Familiarity with the application of international and domestic law in military and law enforcement operations.
• Must possess experience in researching and writing on related subjects.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues.
• Capability to work efficiently within a team instructional setting.
