Curriculum Developer, Data Center Technician – Contract, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create lessons based on provided outlines utilizing GenAI (Claude) within Correlation One's content development process.

• Develop comprehensive lesson-level outlines following Learning Experience Design principles.

• Refine lessons by incorporating feedback from the Content Developer and Learning Designer.

• Leverage GenAI to assist in translating lesson materials into other languages, ensuring accuracy and instructional relevance.

• Review and update existing materials for correctness and alignment with industry standards.

• Work collaboratively with curriculum developers and conduct peer reviews of lessons.

• Engage in weekly and ad hoc meetings with the content developer and learning designer.

• Publish finalized content on the Codio platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of combined experience in curriculum development, ideally in technical or IT/infrastructure-related sectors.

• At least 3 years of experience as a curriculum developer, instructional designer, or adult educator.

• Practical knowledge or proficiency in using GenAI tools, such as Claude.

• A solid foundation in adult learning theories and learning experience design methodologies.

• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks, including backward design and Bloom's Taxonomy.

• Experience in writing assessments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to conduct industry and domain research and integrate new subjects into diverse curricula.

• Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners and subject matter experts.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a small team.

• Ability to work remotely, independently, and be self-motivated to achieve success.

• Experience in data centers or IT infrastructure is a plus, but not essential.
