This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and quality assurance of curriculum across Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Adult Skills Fund, and Commercial Training offerings.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing effective Self-Assessment Reports, Quality Improvement Plans, observations, standardization, and quality assurance activities.
• Integrate innovative, digital, and blended learning strategies, including the adept use of emerging technologies and AI-assisted learning tools.
• Ensure the quality of Functional Skills, Digital Skills, and Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance within educational programs.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends, implement timely interventions, and enhance learner success and progression.
• Collaborate effectively with employers, sector organizations, curriculum teams, and external partners to align programs with current and future skills demands.
• Facilitate staff development via a robust CPD strategy aimed at high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, and learner support.
• Advocate for safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity, inclusion, and learner wellbeing throughout all areas of curriculum delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum and quality management within Apprenticeships, Adult Learning, or Skills Bootcamps.
• Proven track record in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives, including readiness for Ofsted inspections.
• A recognized teaching qualification (Level 3 or higher).
• Qualification in Assessor and/or Internal Verification (TAQA, CAVA, A1/V1, D32/D33).
• Experience managing Functional Skills, CIAG, and digital learning offerings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted, ESFA, DWP, and Awarding Body frameworks.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building expertise.
• Proven ability to utilize data to drive ongoing improvement and elevate achievement levels.
• Experience with SEN, safeguarding, and learner support protocols.
• Background in delivering or managing commercial training programs.
