This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Screening CVs and analyzing resumes

• Scheduling and conducting interviews through video calls

• Creating evaluation reports

• Proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn

• Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process

• Engaging with clients to align candidate profiles with their needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields (eligible for a curricular internship)

• A keen interest in recruitment and selection

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning

• Enjoyment of working in dynamic settings and engaging with people
