• Represent curation decisions in DAO governance and community discussions when necessary.

• Foster relationships with counterparties, protocol teams, and strategy providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a strategy, risk, or portfolio management role at a DeFi protocol, crypto fund, or on-chain asset management firm.

• Practical knowledge of yield strategy evaluation and risk assessment methodologies.

• Familiarity with DeFi risk classifications: technical/smart contract risk, liquidity risk, oracle manipulation, and counterparty/protocol risk.

• Proficient in analyzing on-chain data and utilizing tools such as Dune, Tenderly, or similar platforms, with the ability to run queries as needed.

• Background in fixed-income portfolio management, credit risk, or structured products within a bank, asset manager, or hedge fund; experience in other asset classes (equities, commodities, FX, etc.) may also be acceptable.

• Deep understanding of how DeFi protocols function, capable of explaining AMM mechanics, lending market risks, or LST dynamics without prompting.

• Experience in building or engaging with DeFi independently: reading code, managing positions, or contributing to protocols.

• Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics/Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills: able to build models, stress-test assumptions, and verify data integrity.

• Effective communication skills: capable of drafting a risk brief for governance decisions and presenting it to a discerning community.

• Ownership mentality: approach problems as your responsibility to resolve rather than escalate.

• Knowledgeable about the latest advancements in workflow efficiency, particularly concerning cutting-edge AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.).

• Experience writing EVM smart contract code (Solidity, Vyper, etc.), and familiarity with private key management and Safe multi-signature wallets.

• Strong grasp of (crypto) market microstructure and concepts related to portfolio and risk management.

• Experience with on-chain monitoring or risk management frameworks (Gauntlet, Chaos Labs, etc.).

• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members (engineering, business development, finance) as well as various external stakeholders.

🏝️ Benefits

• Performance-based component tied to the yield generated by the vaults.
