• Previous commercial experience (advantageous: in fundraising or incentive-funded projects).
• Understanding of Lei Rouanet, Promac, or other tax incentive programs.
• A relational, strategic, and resilient disposition.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business vision and insight.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• 5% commission on successful proposals.
