CST Project Manager – eCOA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA), ensuring that systems are properly configured, validated, deployed, and maintained.

• Act as the primary point of contact with the eCOA vendor, managing deliverables, resolving issues, and adhering to timelines.

• Lead and support communications with sponsors and participate in governance meetings.

• Supervise the construction of the eCOA system, which includes developing questionnaires, creating visit schedules, managing language options, and selecting devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive planning, implementation, and supervision of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA).

• Direct eCOA delivery efforts from startup through to closure, encompassing requirements gathering, system development, UAT script creation, UAT execution, and ongoing support.

• Create and oversee eCOA project plans, timelines, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Act as the main subject matter expert for eCOA in assigned studies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as clinical teams, data management, biostatistics, and sponsors.
