This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii, +1 more state.
• In the role of Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Operations Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing comprehensive training programs that align with CSSP mission requirements.
• Your responsibilities will include coordinating training sessions, monitoring completions, incorporating learner feedback, and ensuring the workforce maintains technical proficiency and operational readiness.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for all CSSP training initiatives.
• Establish and update a rolling CSSP training agenda, while designing and delivering both foundational and advanced training sessions.
• Collaborate extensively with operational leaders, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and the broader CSSP leadership team to ensure training effectively supports mission goals.
• A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in training program development, instructional design, or technical training delivery within cybersecurity operations, IT, or Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Proven experience in developing and managing training agendas, custom training modules, and role-specific curricula.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives concurrently.
• Solid technical skills and a working knowledge of cybersecurity tools, processes, and operational workflows.
• A passion for learning, with a proven history of fostering an environment conducive to individual and team development.
