Crop Insurance Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Engaging directly and following up with insured individuals to conduct loss adjustments, pre-acceptance, or quality control inspections to gather facts necessary for the resolution of reported claims or inspections.

• Cultivating and sustaining positive customer relationships by delivering prompt and precise support throughout the claims process.

• Keeping updated on crop insurance industry practices related to the proper adjustment of claims.

• Evaluating and proposing enhancements for company software products to ensure compliance with both company and RMA procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 1 year of experience in claims adjusting.

• The capability to obtain and/or maintain the necessary adjuster certifications and licenses.

• A valid driver’s license.

• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy information and relevant procedures.

• Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
