Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and offer assistance in both Croatian and English.

• Engage in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00.

• Complete the required training period on-site in Athens, with the possibility of moving to remote work thereafter.

• Proficiency in Croatian (C1+) and English (B2+).

• EU citizenship or full working rights within the EU.

• Readiness to relocate to Athens and commence on-site work.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
