This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discussions and strategic planning for CRO and/or LPO with clients.
• Manage client and partner communications regarding CRO/LPO through Slack, video calls, and emails.
• Collaborate with other members of the CRO team to oversee the implementation and performance of landing page and/or website testing for a portfolio of 4 to 6 clients.
• Design tests, conduct thorough analysis, and provide reports on test outcomes.
• Identify optimization opportunities utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data (Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity).
• Collaborate directly with design and engineering teams to establish project timelines and prioritize tasks effectively based on impact, effort, and available resources.
• Conduct audits of analytics sources and resolve common issues while escalating any uncommon issues to internal or external experts.
• Partner with your cross-functional team to strategize and test high-converting pages, creating a comprehensive approach for clients.
• Possess a strong understanding of growth/digital marketing to formulate cohesive, overarching strategies that factor in user intent, channel type, audience and ad strategy, as well as fundamental concepts including:
• Media buying KPIs & event optimization/learning phase tactics.
• Creative strategy and testing cadence & process.
• Growth marketing reporting & analysis.
• Analysis of social & search campaigns in Google Analytics.
• Understanding of prospecting vs. retargeting audience behaviors and traffic distribution.
• Insights on branded search vs. non-branded search campaign behaviors.
• Knowledge of social & search pixel lookback windows & audience segmentation.
• 2-3+ years of full-time experience in a CRO or similar role, preferably within an agency or client setting.
• Capability to analyze data efficiently for insights and formulate hypotheses for rapid iteration testing, optimizing for conversion rates and other relevant KPIs.
• At least 1 year of experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty).
• Familiarity with paid marketing channels, including but not limited to paid social (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) and SEM (e.g., Google Ads).
• Highly skilled (2+ years experience) in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of tag managers (Google Tag Manager, Segment), pixel implementation, and site tracking tools.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong project management abilities and adeptness in self-managing time and work schedules.
• Experience with larger cross-functional teams and projects is advantageous.
