This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Drive best practices for deliverability and inbox placement to enhance open rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
β’ Serve as the primary technical liaison for the CRM team, addressing integration challenges, troubleshooting data inconsistencies, and ensuring a high level of service for internal stakeholders.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance the CRM infrastructure, integrations, and data flows to establish a more stable, diverse, and scalable ecosystem across applications and channels.
β’ Oversee and prioritize the technical backlog for the team, ensuring efficient delivery of requests and prompt resolution of operational obstacles.
β’ Assist and propel technical CRM projects such as new channel launches, vendor assessments, migrations, and system enhancements.
β’ Maintain high standards of campaign quality assurance, data integrity, and system reliability across all CRM efforts.
β’ Develop and sustain clear, organized documentation, playbooks, and processes to boost team efficiency, consistency, and onboarding.
β’ Investigate, assess, and suggest new tools and AI-driven solutions that can enhance automation, operational efficiency, and team performance.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align on tracking, CRM functionalities, and business objectives.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, CRM operations, or related roles.
β’ Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Reteno, or comparable systems.
β’ Strong understanding of CRM infrastructure, including automations, data flows, integrations, and troubleshooting techniques.
β’ Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or Analytics teams to address technical challenges and launch new CRM initiatives.
β’ Knowledge of email deliverability basics, including inbox placement, sender reputation, and list hygiene practices.
β’ Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Ability to produce clear documentation, processes, and playbooks.
