• The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a service-oriented technologist integrated within the IT Department, tasked with the configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of the platforms that support our Growth organization—Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), and Five9.
• This position serves as the daily owner and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack, collaborating closely with department leaders to transform business objectives into scalable and sustainable solutions that foster client growth, enhance client engagement, and uphold Sandstone Care’s mission to inspire and empower change.
• Although the CRM Systems Manager reports to the VP of IT, they will collaborate closely with the SVP of Marketing and the SVP of Admissions, functioning as a genuine business partner who understands underlying issues, anticipates downstream effects, and considers the broader company interests beyond immediate tasks.
• This role is ideal for a candidate who is adaptable, enthusiastic about collaboration, and motivated to be a valuable member of the IT team, rather than a siloed contributor.
• The CRM Systems Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Growth platform stack: collecting requirements, configuring and developing solutions in-house whenever feasible, utilizing vendor and IT architecture partners judiciously when necessary, and leading implementations for department heads and end users.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating growth into Senior Administrator, lead, or team management roles.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator – ADM 201 is mandatory.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator – ADM 211 is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM-related platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), Five9, or similar contact-center / call-attribution tools is a significant advantage; a willingness to learn and manage these systems is essential.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Process Automation, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
• Experience with API integrations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud is required; familiarity with or practical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Must be capable of working across multiple time zones.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Previous experience or a general understanding of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.
