• The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a technology-focused professional dedicated to service, integrated within the IT Department.
• Responsible for configuring, building, and continuously enhancing the platforms that support our Growth organization—Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), and Five9.
• Acts as the day-to-day owner and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack.
• Collaborates daily with department leaders to transform business objectives into scalable, sustainable solutions that foster client growth, enhance client engagement, and uphold Sandstone Care’s mission to inspire and empower change.
• Works closely with the VP of IT, SVP of Marketing, and SVP of Admissions, serving as a genuine business partner who comprehends underlying issues, anticipates downstream effects, and considers long-term implications beyond immediate requests.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating advancement to Senior Administrator, lead, or team management roles.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator – ADM 201 is mandatory.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator – ADM 211 is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM-related platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), Five9, or similar contact-center/call-attribution tools is highly advantageous; a willingness to learn and manage these systems is necessary.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Process Automation, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
• Experience with API integrations is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud is required; exposure to or hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Must be capable of working across multiple time zones.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Previous experience or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.
