This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and oversee communication journeys and automation processes aimed at acquiring and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients.
• Develop, manage, and enhance the marketing and relationship email dispatch calendar.
• Plan and implement A/B testing (crucial!) to optimize open rates, click rates, and conversion rates.
• Execute and refine multichannel communication strategies, including email, chatbots, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app messages.
• Leverage data and metrics to create sending intelligence, pinpointing areas for ongoing enhancement.
• Evaluate metrics and create reports within HubSpot to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Strategically segment contact lists to improve the relevance of campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with Clicksign's brand voice across all communication channels.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of objectives and integration of strategies.
• Expertise in HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, and reporting functionalities).
• Proven experience in crafting relationship-building and lead nurturing journeys.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns.
• Familiarity with complementary CRM channels such as push notifications, chatbots, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to generate strategic content for clients.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversion rates, engagement levels).
• Experience with tool integrations and automation is an advantage.
• Highly organized with a strategic mindset to manage a multifaceted dispatch calendar.
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards to inform experiments and business strategies.
