CRM Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements and facilitate discovery workshops with cross-functional teams.

• Break down operational requests into well-structured user stories and precise business documentation.

• Keep the requirements traceability matrix updated.

• Carry out Fit-Gap analyses for business requirements.

• Examine and design data schemas.

• Develop and configure lead ingestion and data governance protocols.

• Design Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionalities.

• Integrate automation processes into existing systems.

• Establish QA strategies and execution plans.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing cycles and liaise with users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise applications.

• 4+ years of experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and testing across HubSpot, Salesforce, customer service, and finance platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce (Apex/LWC/Flows), CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, Workato (or similar iPaaS), SOQL, and SQL.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Thorough understanding of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and accounting principles.

• Practical technical experience with Chargebee or QuickBooks, along with certifications in Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Certinia Professional, and Regression Testing Tools like Selenium.
