• Take charge of the complete execution of automated email and push campaigns that enhance engagement throughout our customer lifecycle.
• Create and initiate intricate campaigns, refine team processes, and ensure the marketing technology stack operates smoothly.
• Oversee campaign construction, workflow automation, audience segmentation, and administration of the CRM platform.
• Collaborate closely with CRM strategists to convert campaign concepts into precise execution: design technical architecture, establish targeting logic, and implement large-scale personalization.
• Establish yourself as the primary resource for CRM tools and platform functionalities.
• Formulate, document, and uphold best practices and workflows for CRM operations.
• Sustain and continuously enhance QA processes to guarantee campaigns are launched accurately, punctually, and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Develop and uphold automated alert systems to swiftly identify and address campaign issues.
• Work collaboratively across teams including CRM strategy, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Creative to ensure campaigns are technically viable, adequately instrumented, and delivered on time.
• Significant hands-on experience with at least one major email service provider, preferably Iterable or Braze.
• Strong background in implementing personalization logic utilizing user attributes, behavioral data, and catalog data, including templating languages such as Handlebars, Liquid, or AMPscript.
• Comprehensive understanding of data structures and segmentation logic.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS for constructing and troubleshooting email templates.
• Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks for connecting marketing tools and data sources.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address technical issues, data inconsistencies, and challenges related to campaigns.
• A talent for spotting inefficiencies and creating new processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
• A keen attention to detail is essential for ensuring campaign precision, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple campaigns and projects concurrently, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.
