CRM Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in optimizing the configuration, workflows, and overall performance of HubSpot.

• Review current CRM setups to identify areas for enhancement.

• Help with CRM setup, onboarding, and upgrades for both new and existing client accounts.

• Work alongside the data team to ensure CRM configurations are in sync with reporting and data pipelines.

• Enhance CRM data integrity, governance, and usage standards throughout various teams.

• Contribute to the creation of documentation (including playbooks, SOPs, and workflows) to promote consistency and scalability.

• Collaborate with leadership and RevOps to assist with forecasting, reporting, and operational initiatives.

• Provide assistance and advice on CRM best practices and system-related challenges.

• Aid in the onboarding process for new sales hires and accounts to ensure effective adoption and alignment.

• Participate in CRM-related projects and initiatives linked to quarterly objectives.

• You have experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot or other CRMs across various teams or organizations.

• You enjoy enhancing and scaling existing CRM systems rather than only building them from the ground up.

• You have supported or led CRM deployments, including integrations with dialers, schedulers, and reporting tools.

• You excel at refining workflows and contributing to documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that boost adoption.

• You have a strong commitment to data integrity and accurate reporting.

• You are comfortable auditing CRM setups and recognizing gaps in structure, usage, or performance.

• You can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• You enjoy working collaboratively with leadership, RevOps, and data teams.

• You are passionate about scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement.
