This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and enhance customer journeys utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent platforms).
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Oversee and manage marketing data, ensuring its accuracy and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to facilitate campaign execution across various channels—email, social media, web, and paid advertising.
• Aid in the planning and coordination of digital campaigns that align with key product, brand, and sponsorship objectives.
• Design and modify digital assets including EDMs, landing pages, banners, and social media content using templates and/or Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across different platforms.
• Coordinate with sales, product teams, and external partners to ensure that campaigns align with business priorities and timelines.
• Assist with ad hoc digital requests throughout the business (e.g., event communications, internal newsletters, social media updates).
• 4 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering effective and scalable marketing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including Content Builder, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Skilled in designing, constructing, and refining multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including decision splits, entry sources, and Email/SMS/Push sends.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer journey development.
• Proficient in basic HTML/CSS for making edits to emails or landing pages.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Salesforce dashboards.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail, copywriting skills, and quality control.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of best practices regarding email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in creating automated workflows, including SQL query activities, data extracts, and imports.
• Strong SQL capabilities for creating and managing queries for audience segmentation, data extensions, and automation workflows.
• Significant hands-on experience with core modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
• Proficient in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including decision splits, entry sources, and email/SMS/push sends.
