CRM Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute marketing initiatives across CRM platforms such as email and push notifications, as well as internal marketing channels, while developing a comprehensive understanding of how to assess campaign effectiveness.

• Track user interactions and engagement within the Carousell application, analyze campaign metrics to enhance future campaigns, and assist the team in data reporting and insights generation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on category and workstream campaigns.

• Spot opportunities for testing and learning.

• Implement CRM aspects of Regional Marketing campaigns across all participating regions (primarily SG and HK, with potential inclusion of MY, PH, and TW).

• Provide basic support for the consolidation and analysis of CRM data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to commit for a minimum of 12 months through a third-party agency.

• Educational background in Marketing, Media/Communications, or a Business-related degree/diploma.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.

• Creative and innovative mindset with the capability to think outside the box to resolve issues within operational constraints.

• Proficient multi-tasker with strong project management skills.

• Team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Genuine interest in Carousell and the workings of secondhand marketplaces.

• Comfortable using Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides.

• Proficient with numbers and familiar with HTML codes.
