This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead the strategic planning and execution of Core banking initiatives, including opportunity sizing and stakeholder alignment.
β’ Implement customer lifecycle CRM journeys across various touchpoints.
β’ Translate data insights into actionable opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with the entire Monzo product suite to ensure appropriate targeting of user lifecycle moments with relevant products and features.
β’ Oversee ongoing communications across all CRM products.
β’ Develop and institutionalize processes and collaboration methods with the broader CRM team and data analysts.
β’ Partner closely with team members to deliver diverse campaigns across multiple channels.
β’ Monitor the performance of campaigns and ensure their safe execution.
β’ Conduct campaign quality assurance, providing a thorough review of setups as a second pair of eyes prior to launch.
β’ Work with fellow CRM Managers to craft effective segmentation strategies aimed at reaching the appropriate audiences for each campaign.
β’ Execute campaigns using a test-and-learn, data-driven methodology.
β’ Maintain ownership of existing processes and ongoing campaigns within the team, ensuring they are well-documented and current.
β’ Practical experience in managing a campaign from the initial data signal through scoping, planning, approval, building, testing, analysis, and rollout.
β’ Proven experience in CRM, showcasing a successful track record of designing and executing effective campaigns and automated journeys.
β’ Familiarity with a CRM platform for execution, preferably Braze.
β’ Background in Fintech or Financial Services.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data, generating hypotheses, and guiding strategic decisions; experience with Looker is a plus.
β’ Demonstrated success in collaborating with product teams across various sectors to ensure strategic alignment and customer-focused initiatives.
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
β’ Proficient in effectively organizing priorities with stakeholders.
β’ A collaborative mindset, working with all relevant stakeholders to achieve an outcome that serves the customer best.
β’ A problem-solving attitude, with the capability to address potential issues or propose alternative solutions to achieve the desired results.
