CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop CRM strategies tailored for clients’ Klaviyo accounts that are under your management.

• Create comprehensive editorial calendars.

• Write detailed briefs to provide guidance to designers and copywriters in the creation of emails.

• Manage relationships with clients, including reporting, regular calls, and addressing client inquiries.

• Monitor KPIs and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns to extract insights and refine strategies.

• Suggest new initiatives to enhance client relationships.

• Operate under the guidance of the COO.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or e-commerce.

• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
