📋 Description

• Formulate CRM strategies for the Klaviyo accounts managed for clients.

• Develop editorial calendars.

• Compose comprehensive briefs to assist designers and copywriters in crafting emails.

• Oversee client relationships, encompassing reporting, regular calls, and addressing client inquiries.

• Monitor KPIs and evaluate CRM campaign outcomes to uncover insights and enhance strategies.

• Suggest innovative initiatives to strengthen client partnerships.
