This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire expertise in Murmuration’s comprehensive range of product offerings, including Organizer, associated third-party tools, and data.
• Gain a thorough understanding of partners and their operations to provide customized support that aligns with their objectives and programmatic requirements.
• Oversee a portfolio of Campaign and Organizer service-level partners.
• Execute onboarding strategies for new partners while maintaining existing plans for current partners.
• Identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
• Create and refine support strategies for dedicated partners.
• Develop and sustain online support documentation and resources.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners throughout their platform engagement.
• Organize weekly or bi-weekly meetings with campaign partners and an internal team supporting the partner portfolio.
• Conduct training sessions for partners regarding Murmuration’s product offerings.
• Discover project-based opportunities to collaborate with and assist partner organizations through additional products and services.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely service delivery to campaign partners.
• Maintain a process for gathering partner feedback related to tool usage, evaluation, and actions.
• Develop best-practice resources aimed at helping partners derive maximum value from Murmuration’s tools.
• Guide partners from onboarding through the ongoing utilization of Organizer to ensure successful campaign planning and execution.
• Assist partners in using analytic tools and support developed by the Data and Data Science Teams.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing robust relationships with partner organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in supporting teams, products, or ideas to develop and manage outputs across multiple divisions or streams of work.
• Excellent project planning and management skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
• Proficient facilitation skills, including conducting trainings and meetings.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data and the importance of data quality and hygiene.
• Experience with electoral or advocacy campaigns.
• Interest in politics and/or community-oriented policy work.
• Nice to have: Previous experience with Salesforce and/or political data software such as NGP VAN, NationBuilder, or PDI.
• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with diverse organizations and individuals.
• Nice to have: Proven history of successful team and/or cross-functional project management.
